




6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 seeded and minced jalapeño peppers
2 roasted, skinned and chopped jalapeño peppers
1 red bell pepper, chopped fine
1 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. Shark Attack™ Hot Sauce
Chili powder, salt, pepper, scallions, cilantro or parsley to taste
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight
or at least 4 hours to infuse flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
